We start each build with a kick-off construction meeting then follow-up with weekly site meetings. This ensures fluid communication among all stakeholders, while offering a forum to discuss Challenges or changes that may arise.
In addition, we assign a project manager and a site manager to every job to meet the team’s needs — from client through to designers, engineers, subtrades, inspectors, examiners and utility companies. Our site manager is tasked with ensuring decisions are made quickly and efficiently and has the authority to make schedule changes in order to minimize delays.
